Using this website
You are welcome to use this website to learn about the church, plan a visit, watch messages, request prayer, register for activities and give. Please use it lawfully and respectfully. Do not submit abusive material, impersonate someone else, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the website's security or operation.
Please provide accurate information in forms and only share information about another person where you have permission or another lawful reason. Children should ask a parent or carer to help with enquiries and registrations.
Member access
Member accounts are by invitation from the church team. Keep your password and activation link secure, do not share your account, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. We may restrict access where necessary to protect people, information or the service.
Church information and events
We aim to keep information accurate, but services, venues and event arrangements can change. Please check the current event details before travelling. A visit-planning enquiry is not an event booking. Where registration is required, the relevant event page and confirmation explain the arrangements. Any charges, cancellation terms or attendance conditions must be provided before you register or pay.
Giving
Donations are voluntary and are processed through the payment provider shown at checkout. Review the amount, purpose and donor information before paying. If you make an error, suspect an unauthorised payment or need to discuss a donation, contact the church promptly with the payment reference. Refund requests are considered in line with applicable law and charity obligations. These terms do not remove any legal rights you may have.
Gift Aid is available only where the donation and donor qualify. By accepting a declaration you confirm its statements and authorise the claim for the specified donation. Please notify us if your declaration details are incorrect or you wish to cancel it.
Content and links
Church text, photography, recordings and other material are protected by intellectual property rights. You may view and share links for personal use. Obtain permission before reproducing, adapting or using material commercially, and respect the rights of contributors. External sites and services have their own terms and privacy practices; a link does not mean we control their content.
Pastoral support and emergencies
Prayer and pastoral support offer spiritual care. They do not replace professional medical, mental health, legal or other specialist advice. Website forms are not monitored continuously. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999. See our Safeguarding page for ways to raise concerns.
Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care in providing this website but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that all content will always be current. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
