Serving in the media team has taught me more than how to work with equipment. I am learning to prepare well, stay calm when things change and ask for help when I need it. Having people around me who are willing to teach has helped my confidence grow. I see the work behind the scenes as part of helping others take part in the service.

Being part of the intercessory team is helping me become more consistent in prayer. I am learning to listen, to pray for people beyond my own circle and to keep praying when answers take time. Praying alongside others has encouraged me to speak up with more confidence. That habit is slowly becoming part of my everyday life, too.

The choir is teaching me to listen as much as I sing. Through rehearsals and encouragement from the team, I am growing in confidence and learning to take feedback without being so hard on myself. I am also becoming more intentional about the words we sing. Worship feels more personal to me now, and that carries into my week.
